High-rise versus walk-up, handled separately

For a Cherry Creek or downtown high-rise, the building usually wants a Certificate of Insurance on file before we are allowed past the loading dock, so we send the COI to your property manager ahead of time and reserve the freight elevator window. For a Cap Hill or Baker walk-up with no elevator, we plan for the climb itself. We also scout the loading zone first, because a downtown tower with a single dock and a metered curb on Lincoln or Champa needs the truck parked smart, not double-parked and ticketed.

Older Denver buildings throw their own curveballs too: narrow century-old stairwells in Baker, tight landings, doorways that were built before sectional couches existed.
