These Terms of Service govern moving services provided by Just Right Moving in Denver, Colorado. By requesting a quote or booking a move with us, you agree to the terms below.
Estimates and pricing. Under Colorado PUC rules we provide a written estimate before any move begins. Local work is billed at our published hourly rate or an agreed flat band; long-distance moves are quoted as a binding flat price. The final charge reflects the services actually performed, including any added stops, stairs, or items not listed when we quoted.
Deposit and payment. A $150 deposit reserves your date and is applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due on completion of the move unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at booking.
Cancellations. Let us know at least 48 hours before your move to reschedule or cancel with your deposit intact. Same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit since the crew and truck are already committed.
Liability and coverage. Standard released-value protection is $0.60 per pound per item, included at no charge. Full-value protection is available for an added cost — ask us before move day. We are not liable for items you pack yourself, for cash, jewelry, or documents of extraordinary value unless declared in writing, or for goods we are legally barred from transporting such as hazardous materials, propane, or flammables.
Your responsibilities. Please have items ready to load, keep pathways clear, and secure parking and any building certificate of insurance or elevator reservation ahead of time. Delays caused by access problems may add to the time and cost on hourly jobs.
Claims. If something is damaged, notify us promptly so we can inspect and resolve it. We carry up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage per shipment and hold US DOT / MC authority for interstate moves.
