What a typical hourly day looks like

Here is how the clock runs on a normal Denver job. We text when we leave the lot and roll up between 8 and 8:30, since morning loads beat the worst of the altitude heat and the I-25 crawl. First half hour is a walkthrough plus blanket-wrapping the big stuff and shrink-wrapping drawers shut. If you would rather a fixed number, our flat bands cover it: a studio lands at $410–$590 and a 2-bedroom at $1,060–$1,580. A $150 deposit locks the date and is credited to your total.
